The "Friends of Ballingarry GAA Club" are a group of volunteers who come together each year to raise funds for the development of the new pitch in Ballingarry Village. The major work has been done and the new dressing rooms have been completed, but a large debt of over 100,000.00 euro remains. New ground has been purchased and is to be developed into a juvenile pitch and playground. This will cost another 100,000 euro.

We are once again organising a GOLF CLASSIC to help reduce this debt. It is being held in CALLAN GOLF CLUB on April 29th & 30th 2005

It incorporates the Co.Tipperary Inter GAA Club Golf Championship, the holders of which are the EIRE ÓG ANNACARTY Club.
THIS IS A MAJOR EVENT and Clubs from all over Co Tipperary took part last year with numerous teams from everywhere taking part in the Classic.
FIRST PRIZE IS A WEEKEND FOR 4 PEOPLE IN THE FAITHLEG GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, WATERFORD. (kindly sponsored by FBD Insurance Co.)
We will display your logo on a tee for 150 euro or on a green for 100 euro
We also invite you to enter a team of four for 200 euro. We would also welcome sponsorship for some of the prizes.
WE know that there are numerous calls on you generosity but we hope that you can support our worthy cause.
