Nine Fine Irishmen, Irish Pub, Las Vegas

We are indebted to Fr. Michael Kelly and his niece for this article and for the photographs.

When meandering through the desert found this oasis known as "Las Vagas". Their natural curiosity led them to this Pub, built obviously! by someone from the 'old country' in 1848, perhaps someone from Fr. Michaels native Ballingarry in Sth Tipperary.

The Nine Fine Irishment, Authentic Irish Pub, is part of the New York-New York Hotel and Casion, a recreation of the Manhattan skyline. It is located at the intersection of the Strip and Tropicanna Avenue, Las Vegas.

The heroism of the Young Irelanders inspired the creation of the Nine Fine Irishmen Pub. It was built in Ireland and then shipped to America.
