Last Sunday 3rd April the County road intermediate championships were held in Dundrum over a new course, which was quiet good.  We had a good few men taking tp the start line for the 8k event.  Our first man home over the finishing line was Ross Alexander in 10th place, which was a good run considering heÕs been nursing an injury for the last three weeks.  We then had John Russell coming in 24th, followed by Dermot Logue finishing strongly in 28th and he was chased over the line by Matt Alexander in 29th.  Our next to cross the line was Donal Horgan in 32nd and then we had our chairman Tadhg Vaughan in 37th, Leslie Smyth 43rd and Martin Ivors in 48th.  The club came fifth.  Our next competition is this Friday evening, which is the County indoors for seniors and masters in Nenagh and on Sunday the 17th the County Senior road takes place in Two Mile Borris
